OUR STORY
Chichalovers is the union of two legacies —farming and hospitality — with the aim of reconnecting with our roots and highlighting the value of local products and the territory.

We are Graciela and Darío, the people behind CHICHALOVERS. We both decided to bring together our legacies and passions in this beautiful project: on one hand, my roots (Graciela), closely linked to gastronomy, together with my creativity and professional experience in event production and marketing; and on the other hand, Darío’s legacy, which comes from a family cattle farm in Santa Comba and a butcher’s shop in the Praza de Abastos de Santiago de Compostela, combined with his professional experience in logistics and his natural people skills.
This is how CHICHALOVERS was born: our way of bringing back the authentic flavour of the countryside and sharing it with a wider audience in an innovative way.
